We don't collect your data. Coldmaps is a local-first application. Your wallet addresses, labels, notes, and all other data stay on your device. We have no servers receiving your information, no analytics tracking your usage, and no way to identify you.
None. Coldmaps does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data, usage data, analytics, telemetry, crash reports, or any other information about you or your use of the software.
Coldmaps stores your wallet data (addresses, labels, notes, connections, groups, settings) in a local SQLite database on your device. This data never leaves your machine unless you explicitly export it.

%APPDATA%\Coldmaps\~/Library/Application Support/Coldmaps/~/.config/Coldmaps/Coldmaps includes an optional balance lookup feature that, when enabled by you, queries third-party block explorers (such as Etherscan, Solscan, etc.) to fetch wallet balances. This feature is disabled by default. When enabled, your wallet addresses are sent to these third-party services, which have their own privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.
If you choose to enable balance lookup, you are subject to the privacy policies of the respective block explorer services. We recommend reviewing their policies before enabling this feature.
Coldmaps is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of Coldmaps after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
By downloading, installing, or using Coldmaps ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.
Free Version: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the free version of Coldmaps for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the feature limitations of the free tier.
Pro/Team License: Upon purchase, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Coldmaps Pro or Team edition according to the number of seats purchased. Licenses are per-user and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
You may not:
Coldmaps and all related trademarks, logos, and intellectual property are owned by us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, trade names, or other intellectual property. Open-source components included in the Software are subject to their respective licenses.
You retain all ownership rights to your data. We do not access, collect, or have any rights to your wallet addresses, labels, notes, or any other information you store in Coldmaps. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and our respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Software; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Pro and Team licenses are one-time purchases. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. Before purchasing, we encourage you to use the free version to ensure Coldmaps meets your needs.
We may release updates to the Software at our discretion. We are not obligated to provide updates, support, maintenance, or bug fixes. Pro and Team licenses include future updates at no additional cost, but we make no guarantees about the frequency, features, or availability of updates.
We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Software shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Software and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
